Ray and Mary's 50th Anniversary

In 2003 Torstein traveled to Ray & Mary 50th wedding anniversary held in Alexandria, Minnesota.  Mary came from a family of 5 children and Ray came from a family of 12 children, so when it was just the relatives who were invited, it was still about 100 people in attendance.  There was a program on Saturday evening followed by a nice dinner and pontoon rides on the lake at Arrowwood Resort in Alexandria, Minnesota.  There was also a nice brunch for those people who stayed at the hotel.  Torstein traveled by himself. But he did spend time in Eden Prairie at Dave and Kirsten’s home in Eden Prairie and he met  Robert’s parents, Gordon and Mary Revell.  He also met Dave’s parents, Bob and Susan Kimball, when they hosted him in Anoka, Minesota.
